A transparent, whole-association view of member participation — visible to every member. Shows who paid, who attended, and overall participation percentages across recent and all-time events.

| P | Paid — member paid for this event |
| W | Waived — fee was waived for this event |
| A | Attended — checked in but did not pay |
| — | Not present / no record for this event |
| Events Since Joining | Total events held since the member joined |
| Participated Since Joining | Events where the member paid or was waived |
| Last N Participated | Count of P or W in the most recent N events |
| Overall % | Lifetime participation rate (since joining) |
| Last N % | Participation rate for the most recent N events |
update Live Mode
The "as at" date is always today. The report automatically includes the latest events and participation data. Every member sees the same up-to-date view.
photo_camera Snapshot Mode
Admin freezes the report to a specific date (e.g., 31st December 2025). All members see the same frozen view regardless of when they open it — useful for AGM reports.
