How to Log In

  1. 1 Go to the login page at /app/login.php
  2. 2 Enter your email address and password
  3. 3 You will receive a 2FA verification code via email (or use your authenticator app if you set up TOTP)

lock_reset Forgot Password

How to Reset a Forgotten Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it through email. No admin assistance is needed.

  1. 1 On the login page, click "Forgot password?"
  2. 2 Enter the email address associated with your account
  3. 3 Click "Send Reset Link" — you'll receive an email with a reset link
  4. 4 Open the email and click the "Reset Password" button
  5. 5 Enter your new password (must meet strength requirements) and confirm it
  6. 6 Click "Reset Password" — you'll be redirected to sign in with your new password

Important: The reset link expires in 1 hour and can only be used once. If it expires, simply request a new one. The email may take a minute to arrive — check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it.

key Password Requirements

All passwords in the system must meet these minimum requirements:

  • check_circle At least 8 characters long
  • check_circle At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • check_circle At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
  • check_circle At least one digit (0-9)
  • check_circle At least one special character (!@#$%^&* etc.)

swap_horiz First-Time Password Change

If your account was created by an admin or through bulk import, you'll be assigned a temporary password. Here's what happens:

  1. 1 Log in with the temporary password provided by your admin
  2. 2 Complete 2FA verification
  3. 3 You'll be automatically redirected to the password change page — you cannot skip this step
  4. 4 Enter a new password that meets the strength requirements
  5. 5 You'll be logged out and must sign in again with your new password

Tip: After changing your password, consider setting up TOTP-based 2FA (authenticator app) for faster, more secure logins. See the Two-Factor Auth guide.
