Make and track payments for events and contributions.

Making a Payment

  1. 1 Navigate to the event or go to Payments page
  2. 2 Enter your mobile money phone number (format: 07XXXXXXXX)
  3. 3 Confirm the amount and click "Pay"
  4. 4 A payment prompt will appear on your phone — enter your PIN to confirm
  5. 5 Wait for the confirmation notification in the app

Payment Statuses

Pending — Waiting for mobile money confirmation
Completed — Payment successful
Failed — Payment was declined or timed out
Partial — Part of the amount was paid

Common Error: "Payment failed" usually means you didn't confirm the prompt on your phone in time, or you have insufficient mobile money balance. Try again and confirm within 60 seconds.
