badge Digital Membership ID

Your Digital Membership ID is a QR-code-enabled card that proves your membership and enables quick verification at events and activities.

When Is It Issued?

Your Digital ID is automatically provisioned when:

  • Your biodata has been approved by an admin, and
  • Your membership status is Active (not on probation).

If you are still on probation or your biodata has not been approved, a notice will appear on your biodata view page.

Where to Find It

Your Digital ID card is displayed on your Biodata View page under the collapsible Digital Membership ID panel — just above the action buttons. Tap it to expand and view your QR card.

How to Use It

  1. Open the Digital Membership ID panel on your Biodata View page.
  2. Show the QR code to the event organiser or scanner operator.
  3. The scanner app will verify your identity and record your attendance.

Admin: Viewing Member Digital IDs

Admins can view any member's Digital ID by navigating to Members → View Biodata for that member. The Digital ID panel will appear if a card has been issued.
