Benevofy is your all-in-one association management platform. This guide will help you navigate every feature with confidence.
1. Complete your profile
Go to Profile and fill in your personal details, phone number, and profile photo.
2. Submit your Biodata
Go to My Biodata and complete all sections — personal info, address, employment, dependants, and next of kin. This is required for welfare support eligibility.
3. Explore your Dashboard
Your Dashboard shows your performance, upcoming events, and quick stats at a glance.
5. Stay informed & Request Support
Check Notifications regularly. If you need welfare support (condolence, medical, emergency), go to Support Request.
Sidebar Menu
The left sidebar contains all main navigation links. On mobile, tap the menu icon to open it.
Top Bar
Shows the current page title, notification bell (with unread count), help icon, language switcher, dark mode toggle, and logout button.
Flash Messages
Green = success, Red = error, Yellow = warning. These appear at the top after actions and auto-dismiss after 5 seconds.
Help & Guide
Click the help icon in the top bar or visit this page anytime for help.
Language Switcher
Click the language dropdown in the top bar to switch between English and Kiswahili. Your preference is saved to your account.
Dark Mode
Toggle the dark_mode icon in the top bar to switch between light and dark themes. Your preference is remembered across sessions.
