gavel Fines

The fines module lets your association issue, track, and collect fines for late payments, absenteeism, or any custom reason defined by your organization.

For Members — Viewing Your Fines

  1. 1 Go to Fines in the sidebar
  2. 2 Your personal fines are listed — each shows the fine type, reason, amount, currency, and current status
  3. 3 Status badges: Unpaid Paid Waived Appealed
  4. 4 Contact your admin if you believe a fine was issued in error

Common Fine Types

Late Payment — Issued when event fees or dues are paid after the deadline
Absenteeism — Issued for failing to attend mandatory events or meetings
Late Attendance — Issued when a member arrives late to a meeting or event
Custom — Any reason defined by your association's constitution or bylaws

Note: The Fines module must be enabled for your association by the super admin. If you don't see it in the sidebar, contact Waesta support.
