Your complete membership record — personal details, contact information, current residence, origin, employment, dependants, next of kin, and declarations.
Your biodata is the foundation of your membership. It is used to:
Complete all sections of the biodata form:
This section captures your phone numbers and where you currently live — which may be different from where you come from (your origin).
Phone Numbers: You can add up to 4 numbers — Primary Phone (required), Second Phone, Third Phone, and WhatsApp. Enter numbers without the country code.
Current Address: Select your current country of residence first. The address fields change automatically based on the country:
• Kenya: County → Sub-county → Location → Sub-location → Village
• Uganda: District → County → Sub-county → Parish → Village
• Tanzania: Region → District → Ward → Village/Street
• Other: Region/State → City/Town
Example: A Kenyan working in Uganda would set Current Country = Uganda, fill in Uganda address fields here, and then record their Kenyan origin in the Origin section.
In the Personal Info and Employment sections, you'll select your industry/sector from a predefined list:
Why is this important? Your industry/sector helps the association group members for networking, targeted communications, and industry-specific events.
For alumni associations, you'll also enter:
This enables the association to create class-based groups and organize reunions.
Dependants are family members eligible for welfare support under the association's constitution. You can register:
Click "Add Dependant" to add each family member. There is no limit to how many you can register.
Once you submit your biodata:
Important: You must complete your biodata and register dependants before you can file a condolence support request. The system requires selecting a registered dependant for condolence claims.
